The Habits of Mind Network Australia (homnet) is a large collaborative network of schools and teachers working with Art Costa’s Habits of Mind. The network provides a complete range of professional learning opportunities to cater for teachers just starting their learning with Habits of Mind, through to schools and communities that are taking a longer term, whole school focus.

James Anderson leads homnet in Australia. He has extensive experience leading schools and teachers working with Habits of Mind and is endorsed by Art Costa and Bena Kallick to lead this work in Australia

Professional learning is conducted in all states and territories, including regional areas when requested.

Membership to homnet - Australia, gained through enrolling in any of the professional learning workshops, is ongoing and does not incur any additional fees. It provides you with a monthly e-news letter updating you on resources, strategies, school stories and other professional learning assets as well as access to the Habits of Mind Resource Library. Importantly, a homnet membership connects you to other schools working with Habits of Mind not just across Australia, but also across the world.
